  • The primary function of the Grace Kids Administrator is to aid in the administration of the Grace Kids Department including:
    • Managing and executing communications for the department
    • Participate in the Grace Kids Staff Meeting and other departmental meetings
    • Managing departmental expense reports and budgets
    • Overseeing the Hero Team administrative duties
    • Coordinating departmental events and childcare needs
    • Maintaining MyGC database and files with departmental information
    • Teaching and assisting in the Grace Kids classrooms to further the mission and vision of Grace Center • Schedule volunteers for Sundays, Wednesdays, and Events. • Oversee the purchases and distribution of departmental supplies
    • Assisting the Children’s Pastor with anything else that needs to be done for the Grace Kids Department • Prayerfully supporting the Grace Kids Department to implement Grace Center's core values and primary expressions

    • Passionate personal relationship with Jesus and evidence of fruitfulness in Christian walk
    • Passion for organization, developing systems, and ability to think at high levels. (as well as practical levels)
    • Ability to problem solve, think critically, and provide solutions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Patience

    Hours

    This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which means that while you are required to complete 40 hours each week, there may be times when your responsibilities will exceed those hours and you will be eligible for overtime, subject to approval from your supervisor.

  • The Grace Center Youth Pastor role exists to disciple this generation in the presence and the Word of God. They host gatherings where youth encounter the presence of Jesus and are discipled in the joy of personal relationship with Him. The Youth Pastor also plays a critical role in connecting this generation with the greater church family, modeling that belonging exists in both relationship with Jesus and one another.

    Grace Center is seeking individual(s) who desire to…

    • Oversee and disciple youth ages 11-18
    • Create and host weekly gatherings for youth to experience Jesus and be discipled
    • Lead department meetings
    • Oversee and support Middle School Pastor and Youth Administrator
    • Manage department budget
    • Develop team of volunteers with a heart to serve this generation
    • Work closely with Grace Kids and Young Adults pastors to assist youth in each transition of life
    • Carry out pastoral staff responsibilities, including but not limited to:
    - Occasionally emceeing Sunday morning services in the sanctuary
    - Preparing and teaching the Word at weekly gatherings for youth
    - Providing pastoral care for youth, their families, volunteers, and department staff
    - Serve at all-church gatherings such as conference weekends, carnivals, etc.
    • Participate in Grace Center staff meetings and gatherings, such as:
    - Weekly staff prayer
    - Bi-weekly pastors’ meeting
    - Monthly all-staff meeting
    - Quarterly all-staff community gatherings (attend minimum two of four)
    • Demonstrate the Grace Center values to love, honor, and serve God and people

    Senior Pastor
