Grace Center's Creative Arts Department is excited to host a photography & portrait workshop led by photographers Michaela Potterbaum and Trent Swartzentruber on Saturday, February 24th! Both Trent and Michaela have extensive experience as professional photographers here in Nashville as well as globally, which has led them to work with brands such as Lonely Planet and Grand Old Opry, as well as leading industry leaders and celebrities.
This workshop is aimed at beginner and intermediate photography skill levels, but professionals are welcome to join as well. (A DSLR camera system is required.) In our teaching sessions, we will cover fundamental topics such as basic composition and understanding exposure, ISO and aperture, as well as how to direct a photoshoot and create powerful images that ultimately impact society & culture. We will also have hands-on sessions to practice what we've learned, which will include Q&A time and practical help as needed.
This event is free, but is limited to the first 30 registrants.
